In advanced growing there are some good pictures of Trics under a microscope. Great pocket scope at Radio Shack. $10 what a deal. The best $10 you ever spent.

I harvested when the pistils were turning brown (and still had white pistils on them). I hadn't a clue of the trichomes and how to properly assess them. Okay, so lesson learned ...I followed Skrappie's tip and took a close look at a sample leaf: sure 'nuff the trichomes are still very clear in spite of several brown pistils on the buds. Okay, still learnin' all the time, grow 4 should go without a hitch! :smokin: Rating: 5
