Ways to not whitey?
The reason you are experiencing "Whitey" is most likely due to holding smoke in your lungs for 10-20 seconds.
Holding smoke in your lungs does only 2 things after 3-5 seconds.
1. Deposits carcinogens in your lungs
2. Deprives your brain of oxygen causing you to "Whitey"
Holding smoke longer than 3-5 seconds is completely unnecessary as THC is absorbed rather quickly in the lungs.
