epxroot and P4B, couldn't agree with you more! I was so disappointed that the last question was about baseball, my jaw nearly hit the floor.

I gotta say of all candidates, Mitt Romney showed a remarkable degree of cowardice. I don't even have a negative predisoposition toward him, that's the first time I've seen him debate! He danced around every question, so fearful of actually taking a stance on an issue lest he lose a vote.
They asked him if waterboarding is torture/if he would approve if. If he would approve a federal ban on abortion, if he supports allowing gays in the military. All these questions and more and brought out an answer around the lines of "well, I'd consult with the appropriate advisors" "I won't make a judgement on that, I'll let professionals make a judgement on that" etc.
I think my favorite was Anderson asking "Do you look forward to a day when gays and lesbians can serve openly in the military?" and all he would answer was "well, ah, I look forward to consulting my generals on whether or not to allow them in..."

I have a lot more respect for a guy who'll stand by his possitions and make them clear, even if all those possitions are opposite to mine. George Bush, by this standard, is more worthy of respect than this jackass.
