My fiber intake is much better these past few weeks. I eat oatmeal and fruit for breakfast to get my megabolizism going...a mid morning snack of fruit to keep metabolizism going...I eat peanut butter crackers and more fruit or veggiesfor lunch...another light snack (boil egg and more fruit) in afternoon....and then some sort of chicken or turkey with more fruits or veggies for dinner. Then, sometime in the evening I may enjoy a SUGAR FREE ice cream bar.
