How Do Vitamins Help?
Hello....
I am still trying to naturally clear my body naturally from years of accumulated THC. My history....I used to smoke a few hits daily for YEARS. I'm 19 days clean and still positive. I'm 117 lbs, eating healthy and exercising since being clean.
For the past couple of months I have started taking vitamins A, B-12, C and E....along with lecithin and Omega-3. I would think it would,since giving your body vitamins would help it work at an optimal level.
Lecithin also helps with emulisfying fat,Hows your fiber intake?

My fiber intake is much better these past few weeks. I eat oatmeal and fruit for breakfast to get my megabolizism going...a mid morning snack of fruit to keep metabolizism going...I eat peanut butter crackers and more fruit or veggiesfor lunch...another light snack (boil egg and more fruit) in afternoon....and then some sort of chicken or turkey with more fruits or veggies for dinner. Then, sometime in the evening I may enjoy a SUGAR FREE ice cream bar.

How Do Vitamins Help?
Depending on your body type and weight....you should see how much to eat at each meal,frequent smaller meals is best.You could try incorporating some apple cider vinegar tabs in your diet,since it helps in detoxifying your body.........Looks like your doing an awesome job with your diet Bro.
If you wanna get really serious,you could sub the peanut butter crackers for peanut butter celery or carrots.
