Some of you may remember I was writing about getting busted in a really BS way a couple weeks ago. So I was going to the local district court website to pay for the paraphenelia citation and it wasn't entered into thier system.. I think they may have dropped it. It says citations are supposed to be entered in 10 days after the date of issue, it's been 16. There's gotta be some kind of limit as to how long they can enter it in after it happens right? I mean it's near the end of the month if it's not entered in by December I'd say theres a pretty good chance I'm clear huh?:thumbsup:

I think its a 30 day limit but ide say if its been 16 days then your in the clear bro good going!

If I were you tho, I'd keep checking, not only the holidays but a human enters the info and may have made anerror.

you know most police departments have a VERY long backlog of unpaid/unattended tickets and fines and whatnot you probably never hear about it

Even if you got off, don't get the big head. You were dumb enough to put yourself in a position where somebody had to do something about it in the first place. I hope you learned something.....like keep the weed within the privacy of *YOUR* own home, and you won't have any problems.

I got busted 2 1/2 years ago in amsterdam for having a toot on the street, got a ticket fot it and was told the judge would probably give me a large fine, but I never heard anything about it. Well done you, fuck the p****e.
