Actually I hadn't done anything when I got caught, we had been pulling out of a parking lot, after dropping a friend off at his car. Only possible thing against us was that it was 1:30 in the morning. Cop came into the lot as we were leaving waited for us to pull out of the lot then flipped on the lights. Hadn't even been smoking, only thing was my friend was carrying and I had a pipe. I don't see how that makes me dumb.

So I was going to the local district court website to pay for the paraphenelia citation and it wasn't entered into thier system.. I think they may have dropped it. It says citations are supposed to be entered in 10 days after the date of issue, it's been 16. There's gotta be some kind of limit as to how long they can enter it in after it happens right? I mean it's near the end of the month if it's Rating: 5
