What about this pH pen/meter ?

Well I've found another pH tester: PH Meter Stick Wand Waterproof Hydroponics
I was just wandering, can I really use this pen for soil testing ?

i bought this ph truncheon knockoff and it is working good for me
it does take the 6.86 solution and got it online for 10 bucks
you can do a soil runoff test. ph the water to 6.8 and collect some water from the runoff. keep on flushing out til the runoff is collected and at 6.8
