Yes, You'll want to make a ridge-vent that you can roll up in the daytime when the temps are high, or install an exhaust hole and fan on a thermostat.
As for the nighttime lows, you really don't want to ever get down below about 50'F. Are you simply using this to extend your growing season? Or planning to grow all winter wiht it?

It'll be fully setup in the next 3 days, we dug out a patch of dirt in my backyard and I am using a Frame from a porch swing as my frame and clear plastic to cover it with.
