tiger bloom vs big bloom
I think Big Bloom primarily uses worm castings, seabird & bat guano, and kelp...while Tiger Bloom uses all three of those, along with other sources of bloom fertilizer and trace elements.
I like Tiger Bloom, but don't use it all that often. I primarily use guano's and make teas throughout flowering, but might add Tiger Bloom once every 3-4 weeks. If you use one exclusively, you'll have to let people know how it worked out.

Also BB is organic and tiger is not. BB is more of an amendment then a true fert for lake of a better word. If you were to use just BB your flowering would be hindered due to the low percentages of n,p and k. You use both of them together as their feeding chart suggests. Now you do not have to use them together, but since you will have both then do it.
