Well I go climbing 2-3 times a week, and both gyms have a small weight set-up, so in between climbs and such and I'll hit the weights.

This is the only way I can get out and exercise. I can never commit to just training, so I have to climb to make it fun. And lucky for me, I truly enjoy it.

I exercise pretty much everyday for work...with lots of walking and lifting.. I have started to hike more..going on another tonight..just short ones 3-4 miles.. overall though, I always try and get exercise 2-3 times a week..plus, I stretch a lot..it really stimulates my muscles:jointsmile: How much do you get?
