Well, does changing gear and operating a clutch count? haha!

I do abit of HEAVY lifting [gearboxes, engine spares] but hardly any because of my back. Apart from that, nothing at all really.

I want to start running and doing weights though - im already bloody strong from all the grafting i do at work [i was strong as a kid too, my dad was built like a brick shithouse and im bigger and stronger than him] but i dont think i've ever really excersised.
