How much exercise do you get?
Haven't been to the gym in way too long, currently there's a lot of love there in my love handles. On a good note, I'm starting my normal workout regimen soon. It's usually 45 minutes treadmill/stationary bike, 45 minutes with weights/weight machines then 10 minute cool down. Then on off days I like to hit the pool at our highschool. But we have a ways to go though.
