What a great day! not... God damn mother fucking pigs, This just tops off my list of why i hate cops. So I go to an alternative High school. (Because marijuana and im lazy) Well we have 2 random drug searches in the school and in the parking lot every year. Today was one of those days. I pull up to school 2nd period and i see 3 K-9 cop cars and our resource officer in the parking lot with 3 German Shepherds. They saw me pull up so i know i had to park, or they would have followed me and then searched anyways, so i parked it. I was about 10 minutes early so i sprayed my car and myself with all I had, Axe body spray. I went into school and everyone was scared shitless because everyone smokes weed, and i mean Everyone. There rumors going around and a bunch of bull shit, so i thought the best thing to do was to just froget about it and start working. About 20 minutes into 2nd period, my assistant principal walks into my class with a walki-talki and asked if I was in there. when i heard my name i was in utter disbelief. I did not look up and everyone started to look at me. I realized it was my name she called and I turned white and started to get cold. She asked me to come with her and i did. We went all the way to the front of the school . As we were walking she got on her walki-talki and said she found me. I went outside and the resource officer told me to sit down on her new little fucking golf cart. I sat down and tried to get on her good side, with a little small talk. Well we get to my tahoe and she asked if it was mine and i siad yes. She told me to unlock it and i did. I had to because ALL 3 dogs scratched at my car. It was probable cause... I was fucked. Or was I? She put gloves on and went through my car searching and asking questions. She asked if i smoke weed and i told her " not in my car" (Im scared right now and im not thinking right) She asked if anyone uses my car and i said no just me. Then she pulls a tampon out of a door and laughs and asked i f i had a girlfriend and aqs weird as it is no, i dont, I have no clue where it came from. anyways 30 minutes later... she asked if I had dogs, and it clicked, I said " Actualy I have 3 two of which are Huskies." she then asked if they ever go in my car, I said " yes yesterday i had to take them to the vet, why?" she stopped searching and said im good, and i can go back to class. She said some times the dogs smell other dogs and it throws them off. Wow she missed my hiding spot!................... I had a brand new glass bat that has been smoked out of and has resin on it, a scale cover in trics. and some blunt wraps under my cup holders that pop out. She was just about to look there when she stopped. I was pretty shaken up but went on with the day.

So I get off free right? wrong... At the end of the day i go to get in my car, and i look at the door and there is huge claw marks all over it. Well what the fuck do i do? I cant argue with her when i just got let off. So I stay in school dont get fucked up the ass by a big black man in jail, but i get a scratched up driver door what a fucking day.

Wow that sucks. Can't do much about it though. How old are you? You should know jails are relatively calm. People are there awaiting trial or doing less than a year usually. The shower rapings happen more in prisons!

I watched a video were a cop was explaining how even if you have weed in your car, but an other animal is present around you, the drug dogs get side tracked from the weed and go with their natural instincts to follow the scent of the animal.

Im about to turn 18. lol I know i was just kidding around about the anal:wtf:... anyways yea im still kind of sketched out but what ever they did not find my stash. As of 1:45 there is nothing in my car, and never will be. (while at school)

Wow thats a load of crap! Take everything possibly incriminating out of your car (including the blunt wraps and even lighters). Go file a formal complaint, it's not too late. I'm sure there were witnesses from the school staff, etc and the fact that they told you the dogs scratched the door flat out.

I have already cleaned it out, even the 3 bottles of visen laying around my car. But there is nothing i can do about the door. They told us the first day of school what was up. No drugs in cars during the week. If your car gets scratched its your fault because you know the rules... blah fucking blah. Ill ask my teacher but im sure they will say sorry and that will be it.

well if you don't have weed in your car, and you didn't get caught with any weed, go complain to your principal. if you aren't an ass about it, the worst thing to happen is they say they didn't do it and too bad soo sad. but if its the cop dogs who fucked up your car they should fix it or something. i mean we are talking about our tax dollars hard at work here

Well, even with only 2 or so drug searches a year, you would be far better served if you had rolled a joint and tossed the roach or just smoked at home before going to school.

You were extremely lucky to not get busted. You also should accept responsibility for using illegal drugs and should not be surprised if you're arrested when you bring them to school or public places.

You could have prevented this situation from the very beginning by not having drug paraphenalia and scales and visine in the car, but that sucks they messed up the exterior of your vehicle.

Its just a matter of time for you to get arrested if you dont be careful man.
