so basicllly what I'm looking for is a simple light fixture for cfls itsone where ucan just plug in the bulb and just hang it over the plant. not sure if u have to hard wire or just plug and play. sorry if its a bad description I checked home depot and orchard supply I have yet checked ace hardware. but if there is hard wiring involved is hard to wire up!? thx fellow growers for the help:jointsmile:

or......if you don't want to use a reflector...a drop/trouble light with 15 foot cord and socket splitter works good too...two 42 watt CFL's puts out a lot of light. I got one at Walmart..$6...socket splitter..$3...2 CFL's $8 each. (Take the plastic hanger off.)

Just hang the cord and plug it in.

I use this to keep my male WW happy...until end of days...

no the light socket comes screwed to the reflector with cord and all, simply screw in your 2-way splitter socket into the light socket and then screw in your two bulbs into your 2-way, and plug it in to your outlet. the reflector will come with the socket built in, which has an on/off push button switch.. everything is already wired...

Went to the depot today and they were just where stinky said, but they were 3.00.Clamp with a 4 foot and 6 foot cord. I think the 6 was a bit more.
