I havent ever prepared anything other than brownies.. perhaps it makes all the difference, all I know is straight up weed injested is a waste.. unless its enough..
This is a common and often repeated myth/misconception.
A typical Dutch space cake only contains 0.2 to 0.3 grams of weed (usually only mid grade), however because the extraction method is efficient and well understood their potency is generally very high. Much higher than the same amount smoked.

Remember, (when smoking) typically around 50 percent of the THC is destroyed by the heat. The rest is vapourised and then inhaled, but not all the available THC is absorbed by the bronchioles, the remainder is simply exhaled and lost.

For example, 1 gram of mid grade weed will contain around 50mg of THC. However, only around 10 to 20mg of this will actually reach a smokers bloodstream.

It's certainly true that cooking requires: time, preparation and an understanding of the science behind THC preservation in order for it to be successful, but on average, ingested weed is around 4x more efficient. Plus the overall effects are significantly more intense.

Don't get me wrong I love smoking, but it doesn't get me anywhere near as 'baked' as the same amount cooked!
Maybe you need to experiment with some other recipes/techniques?
