Other than stay hydrated and exercise (I either walk to class everyday or ride my bike, but no real routine), is there anything I should do? I am 6'3" and about 230lbs now that rugby is done till march and Im get to get fat for 4 months.

I know I am not as screwed as some but I always heard that 30 days is the true point of being clean. But I have also heard 45.

What are my best options? I do not want to substitute unless absolutely necessary.
Please don't ask about shrooms again. Read the forum rules. No one better respond to the shrooms either. I should make you repost this without the shrooms or drinking but I gotta go soon.

Many daily chronic smokers take 30 days to pass a test. Some take more, some take less. It could be as much as 60 days for some. Either substitute or buy some instant tests online for cheap and test yourself with the first void of the day.

Time, aerobic exercise, and soluble fiber are the only things that will help your body eliminate THC metabolites.
