I know that I need a job at home for winter break and I know I will be stuck doing construction and probably have to take a UA. Anyways I have till like Dec. 14 and I last smoked last night, november 25. This is like the first possible chance to be tested. I havent done anything but smoked daily and drank a couple times a week for like the past 4 months. I did shrooms but that was like early november.
Other than stay hydrated and exercise (I either walk to class everyday or ride my bike, but no real routine), is there anything I should do? I am 6'3" and about 230lbs now that rugby is done till march and Im get to get fat for 4 months.

I know I am not as screwed as some but I always heard that 30 days is the true point of being clean. But I have also heard 45.

What are my best options? I do not want to substitute unless absolutely necessary.
