Teeth

Hi guys.

I'm not sure if this is even the right place. I need help .. this is screwing up all my highs.

When i smoke i get this strange obsession with my teeth.
As if they are breaking into each other. Smashing etc. I keeping thinking a tooth broke out. Only to find the next morning/after high that everything is still fine. But at that moment i am so completely convinced that something is wrong.

Any advice?
How can i overcome this shit its ruining my smokes

Sounds like a nervous habit, try chewing a little gum after you smoke.

the same thing sorta happens to me sometimes when i smoke i convince myself that i am going to suffocate, like i start thinking about my breathing and i feel like imm going to stop breathing. what always helps me is i just think to myself that im fine and its all in my head, and it always works to stop it.

I've had shit like that happen to me while high too
I think it's just that marijuana makes you notice things that
you would never notice if you weren't high.
Sometimes it will really trip you out haha
Which is probably why it's classified as a hallucinogen.
