SourDiesel that wont grow???

ok, I bought this Sour Diesel the same day as my Romulan, the Romulan has grown alot and the Sour Diesel hasnt gotten any bigger than the day that I bought it. it is growing new leaves everyday but will not grow vertically. Any ideas? I was thinkin that it might just be a runt. If thats the case, imma go and put it into bloom. So I have some smoke till the rest are done......:jointsmile:

How old are you plants? Sometimes clones will put their energy into growth up and down the main stem instead of on the top. This usually means a) they like the light and want to grow instead of stretch and b) they will be a bushy plant.

Patience, Grasshopper! You might as well develop it now.

They are about five weeks old. It's not growing up at all its mostly growing sun leaves.

cant say it aint healthy. give it some time. its not like its just throwing energy away w/o using it.

how much nutes and water does it get?

Im using earth juice grow solution. There are also worm castings in the soil. I water it as needed and I have a moisture tester for the soil.

LOL - I was typing while you posted the pics. I was thinking the plants were younger. I don't know what to tell you. Maybe someone who's grown the two strains will come along and tell you if the growth patterns are normal.

..or you could just listen to Klondike. As you probably know, he's just a fountain of information. :lol5:

ok...i get it pharm. ill tone down the advice and keep my opinions to myself and my perfectly healthy girls...

i see it as strange that a plant would show minimal signs of growth and be perfectly healthy looking without any true upwards or outwards growth. has it been 5 weeks since cloning? since being put in its current pot?

since the day I got both from the same guy who said they were cloned about the same time, it is a lil bushy beast but mostly just sun leaves and small 1's at that

hm. you mean the mother? if this seems similar to the mother, id expect you can start flowering anytime now that you feel fit. it looks tall, bushy and mature enough i think.
