Ah the solution. HE ruined the magic! lol

for the shoe lace trick, he has them done up already in quite a big loop but the lop is stashed in the velcro strap and his trouser leg, so when he shakes his foot really really badly and pulls his pants up the velcro undoes and out pops the tied lace

damn well i posted that befor ei watched the second video. but it wasnt far off if you negate the exra laces adn snappy back thing. peace
