I used to live in Exeter, New Hampshire. The town that the famous "Barney and Betty" were from. Very creepy place. They have an airhorn that they sound when it's time to begin trick or treating. Then the airhorn sounds again around 8:30 and people are supposed to go home. Cops patrol after that, making sure kids aren't still out.
