LOL what's a sherlock, a wooden pipe? I recommend a short one less than the length of two matches, use matches to clean the shit out, and burn the remaining shektus drops off with a clipper.

if it's glass use Isopropyl Alcohol (Rubbing alcohol) and salt (kosher is best, imo).
