Thanks Killer for the response and thanks to FBR for clearing up my questions.

I always test using the first void of the day. The line that came up on my last test wasnt close to being faint and wasnt dark. It was in the middle of the two. As far as exercise goes I had lifted weights on the Saturday and Sunday before my at home test which I took on Tuesday morning.

As for the potential real test I plan on stopping my cardio 4-5 days before the test and possibly only having a light workout w/ weight only pretty much 2 days before the test. Of course I will be drinking fluids on that day as well.
nugget3581 Reviewed by nugget3581 on . Do I still avoid exercising if I tested clean... ... with my home test. I usually test myself two weeks after I smoke. I have never failed an at home test. I also take my at home tests on Tuesdays, I lft weights on the weekends, to see if exercise will have an effect. Like I said I pass all my test and have passed my most recent one. My question is, since I passed my home test do I have to worry about not exercising or eating fatty foods before my real test? I also like to mildly dilute, even though I pass my at home tests.
