i live on the edge of Queens. Technically its the city [New York City], it is however one of the most suburban looking area of queens. Only a bus ride away from all the commotion though.

Sort of a mix between Urban and Suburban. I live on the edge of London (next town over is classed as Kent) in a slum. It's pretty densley built up, but there are loads of green areas and shit (South London is like this pretty much all over to be honest)

I live in the 'burbs now, and I've also lived in the center of a city and in a rural area. If I had my preference, I'd live far, far away from the city on a large expanse of land where I could see every star in the nighttime sky and hear absolutely, positively no traffic noise. For now, I'll have to settle for where I am, but it feels too crowded and too noisy, even in the suburbs.
