If they don't like it there, they can always go to Phoenix... the Sherrif there makes all the inmates wear PINK clothes and drawers. They are housed in a compound in the desert, in tents....no A/C, but if they are good, they get a fan. They get fed PB&J and water. They are required to have cable TV, so they do..... all they get is the weather channel so they can see how hot its gonna be for the road gangs. The women get treated the *SAME*, so the ACLU can't complain about preferential treatment.

The latest in a very long line of decisions by the British Prison Authorities is this: Prisoners have now to be adressed by their first names, and the prison officers must now knock on the cell doors before entering. This apparently will be more respectful to the prisoners and will improve the prisoners standard of life, as the governments inspector of prisons has stated that "prisons are not a nice enviroment to be in" This is in the same week that our local prison (nicknamed the Hilton) Rating: 5
