advice needed on possibly re-burying seedlings

Hello to all. My 5 day old bag-seed seedlings are thriving. germination in a paper towel went well, fast even. A total of 12, in 2 gal pots, under a 1200 watt cfl fixture i made that, unfortunately, i think i i had too far away from my seedlings (probably about 10") now that i have put them to the proper height (2"), the leaves are bulking up resulting in a top-heavy, stem-weak seedling. One has fallen over, and then proceeded to reach back to the light, so it's all wonky now, but they look healthy. I do have fan on the plants, and good ventilation. Good conditions all around. I have heard, and read on various forums that seedlings can be re-buried....Any opinions?... it would be greatly appreiciated.

Yes, they can be buried deep. Cfl lighting should be 1-2 inches from the tops. Keep that fan running on them. It is exercise for them, the stems will bulk up.

Bury only up to the node at which the cotyledons first appeared. The stem beneath them will grow roots easily.

Thanks Bob and Stinky for the reply's. Looks like all is going well now. I didn't completely fill the pots when I planted, so I was able to top them off, the stems really braced themselves. I did actually transplant 3..they didnt seem to miss a beat, kept right on growing with the others. Thanks again. I'll check in from time to time.
