Sorry, you're wrong. You definately can OD from vitamins. Especially Calcium, Iron, and Vitamin A and E. It is not limited to just these either. Many vitamins can poison the body in high concentrations. Do some research before you post an answer you are not sure about. Someone could take it as fact and hurt themselves.

Yeah. Pretty much the only vitamin you can't OD on is Vitamin C.

you CAN die from a vitamon overdose.
For example if you iron is a metal
You will either be poisoned and u can die from those toxins if in excess
I know of a child that died from taking a few kids multi vitamins because the iron was too much.You can go to the hospital if its early enough and they can give u something im not sure what it is but it absorbs the iron.I ate a whole bottle of vitamin c tabs when i was about 4.I did get really sick for about a week with real bad tummy pains.Multivitamins are worse they have lots of diff things in them
Too much calcium can cause hypercalcification.Get the ingredients work out the dose i think u will be ok unless u took like 50 in one go.

woah i thought you meant a lot of pills as in E's for a sec, got a bit worried. I had the worst dream last night. Id had 1 E and didnt feel anything for an hour then I popped another and immediately after I felt the first E hit me to a point where it was almost too intense and started freaking out because it was getting more and more intense. Woke up eventually, from now on will be very careful with E's even though it was a dream

If you ate a load of Iron pills, would you, like, turn into Iron Man, or summat...and I wonder if you'd set off a metal detector thing at an airport....or all the fridge magnets would suddenly attack you...

And, I think that even too much vit C can be bad for you...

And never eat too many potassium pills before taking a shower!!
