    Germination?

looks good..just open up that lid every once in awhile to let some fresh air in. It will sprout the taproot in no time.

Open the lid and exhale into the container and kinda try to capture your breathe in it. This is just something ive done in the past that has always worked.

    Germination?

I wouldn't breathe into it for fear of introducing bacteria into what should be a very clean environment.
Seeds don't transpire so they do not need CO2.
Open the container daily if you like but it's not a necessity.
    Moving thread to basic growing.

Make double sure the paper towel does not dry out, tho. Better at this stage to have it too wet (soaking) than not wet enough. Letting the seed dry out again during germination can/will kill it.

trust me it's not dry lol. It's been about 2 days and still no activity. I did the cup idea to soften it up putting it in a cup with distilled water
then letting it sink. Also instead of going and buying distilled water I boiled water. And let it cool to room temp? Bad idea? I heard it didn't matter cause either way it was distilled.

Aswel since im new at this does anyone know a technique that i can keep it short but still get bud off it. I really dont have tons of space

Is it a bad idea to boil water and let it cool to room temp and using that?

    Germination?

boiling water will make it slightly more sanitary and free of bacteria, but i dont see it as a necesary step unless you have very poor water.
