What are ideals PPM's through out the diffrent stages of growth?

I'll probably be doing a one plant test grow to see how things go. I have two 1'' airstones running on the bottom. I still have a few questions. When your cleaning out the bucket what do you do with the lid and the plant? How often should the water be changed? What are some important things to be on top of when running a bubble bucket plant?
