Drug Test On Monday Smoked Last Saturday

Well here is my situation. I got calln like 2 weeks ago for an interview on the phone in another state. I passed my interview and at the same day i recieved an email from one of the background processing company to fill out the form so they can start processing my application for background and drug testing.

I filled out the form and they gave me a drug test date which was monday. I dont even know if i am hired or not since i have'nt recieved any confirmation about my interview, just recieved an email from that background processing company. So my question is:

1) why would they do BG test and drug test if i am not hired. or that means i have been hired and they are just waiting for my results.
2) Because of that i dont have HR email address also. All i have is just a phone number. I called her today and hope to do it tomorrow also. Atkeast she shiuld have called me back.
3) do they do Bg check after the drug test report or before?
4) i would like to smoke just one blunt tomorrow night because its my friends bday. Just one. but at the same time i am scared of negative dilute thing.

What do you suggest killer?

1: I doubt they would do both without seriously considering you for a position. But who knows with some companies.
2:I've dealt with a lot of HR people over the years and some are just horrible about doing there job.
3iffers with the companies I think.
4:If the MRO hasn't tried to contact you by now you're probably safe. BUT I have had a random 3 days after I was hired so do so at your own peril. I hiighly recommend synthetic urine to help stay out of trouble.

Well here i am again no call yet and i have already smoked 2 blunts lol. Hope to pass that drug test or else i am fucked .

Man what the fish?. Still no call from the HR. She is not even picking up my phone. I left like 4 messages in 2 weeks no response. I dont have her emailaddress or anything just her phone #.

I called the company who was responsible for my BG test and drug test. I told her my situation and she asked for my SS#.After that she said "It looks all good to me and i have sent your paperwork to the company also but they are the one who can decide to hire or not to hire but i will shoot an email to them that you were waiting to hear about the hiring"

My Question. What the hell is going on? Secondly the lady stated "It looks all good to her" what does that suppose to mean that i passed everything or i am still in the process?. Even if i did fail my drug test they should have called me rite? Whats going on ?

I know one of my uncle is working for that company but in a different state. I know he can find out but before i do that i need to make sure that i have cleared everything including my drug test. Cause if he finds out i am dead.

I have worked for a couple large companies in the past and it took a month to do there shit.It seems the bigger a company is the more inefficient they are.I've also had them never inform whether I've been hired or not hired.The MRO would have called you long ago if there had been a problem with the drug test so I wouldn't worry about that. My philosophy on work is I always am looking for a new job. I never stop.I've had my best opportunuties come along when I wasn't looking for work at all. My present job is an example.They just ran across my resume on line and made me an offer I couldn't refuse.So don't stop looking,if this one works out great,if not get something else rolling.
PS Be prepared for the next UA and pickup some synthetic urine.Weed does wonders for the frazzled nerves.lol:jointsmile:
