He said he uses his finger TIPS. TIPS as opposed to NAILS. In other words, he doesn't have long fingernails like a "bitch", so he uses his fingertips. Which brings up the question...

How the fuck do you break a blunt open with your finger tips? Use a fucking knife...maybe that's why you can't roll.

When i crack them (with my fingertips cuz im not a bitch) they come out being more narrow than a regular rolling paper. And since im not a pro roller, i cant really roll it that well. Dutches on the other hand, are easier becaue the outer leaf tends to correct a lot of the rolling mistakes i make with the inner leaf. Anyways, my point is, I fucking hate those small ass phillies. Even the regular sized phillies or Rating: 5

My homeboy uses mini phillies to conserve his weed, since he only smokes blunts, but doesn't want to roll fat ass ones.
