Really spicy/hot food...
Most of my mates find me odd for liking it!
Anybody else enjoy a nice chicken phal?

I like moderate degrees of Cajun hot and Indian hot (as in a nice spicy biryani). I'd have to see what a chicken phal tastes like. I have a recipe, and it looks pretty darn hot!

That Srirarcha sauce that you find at chinese food places is pretty awesome. I like a really spicy, burn your ass beef vindaloo too. Sweating while you are eating is nicht so gut however.

Matt may not be on fire but I'll bet his ass is!
I love me some Indian and Thai food. Mmmmmm.
And the hottest flavor of Buffalo sauce at my favorite pub-n-grill, The Hangar, is called "afterburner"... rightly so, as it turns out. I found that out the next day. But DAMN it's so good on the way down.
