When to FIM

ill be vegging for only 4 weeks when is it best to FIM and can i FIM and LST at the same time,i was thinking of FIMMING and LST in week 1 of vegging ?

Allow your plant to grow 4-5 sets of true leaves before you pinch it.
You can begin LST at any time that the plant is large and sturdy enough to take the strain of tying something to it.

If you're really into topping your plants, check out a strain called "ice cream" by paradise seeds. I just started growing it. After three weeks of growth, I topped the plants. I pruned them in another week. Within three days, the plants had 10 branches each.
