Smoking Weed Becoming More Difficult
I have found that taking 5-HTP, and other supplements, helps to relax me - as well or better than antidepressants did when I took them. I am able to smoke without any anxiety or paranoia - or other drugs.
It could be that your problem is due to something neurological or some other medical problem. I know that if something is wrong with me I often get symptoms that make me not want to use cannabis. On the other hand, it is a great healer of the digestive system - which is where I've had a lot of troubles most of my life. You may want to put another posting in the Medical forum. Maintaining your health is the key, and sometimes you just have to figure out what is wrong.
Smoking very small amounts weed, until you're comfortable again, is also a good way to approach it. I use tiny bits throughout the day, and it's very relaxing.
