    Flowering time?

I read somewhere that you start the clock on flowering time when the first flower develops. So if a strain take 60 days to mature that would mean it is 60 days from the first flower? So that would be like 70 days from the time 12 hr light starts. Is this correct?

    Thanks for all you help.
