there used to be some other people a long time ago who were just following orders...they were called nazis. This is unexcusable in a "free" society. The officer is pointing his taser at him as soon as he gets to the back of the car. this is not procedure.....dont sign your ticket, you get treatened with taser...it disgust me that some people condone this behavior. This is what happens in a police state not the United States of America. if this officer isn't fired I wont be suprised because this is the trend. Its fucking scary
