I use sweet at levels up to the label instructions; I don't really measure carb supps.
You still need 'real' fertilizer. Molasses is not a proper source of NPK.
It's not really a good idea to foliar feed molasses because of the stick residue, risk of attracting pests, risk of suffocation, etc etc etc, plus it's just not really an efficient way to deliver the stuff.

I tried MOL as a foliar feed and it's not a good idea like stated above. I use a product caled heavy weight which is really just an expensive store bought MOL. It states to add it to the 3rd, 5th and 7th week of flower. I also tried it during veg (water not foliar) like a lot of people do on one plant, and I found that the plant did not respond very well at all.

Here's some White Widow buds in the seventh week of flowering (ten week strain) that have been on molasses the whole time - 2 Tbsp/gallon. I've been using Sweet the whole time too.
The buds are a little bigger around than a golf ball, very solid and covered with trichs. ...and I still have three weeks to go. WooHoo - I think they're gonna be big ones in the end!

I have been watching this thread and I did find this online, does anyone use this, it is very cheep, feed quality though, I don't know if it is better or the same as blackstrap mollasses. did a check and it does not take you directly to the page. Do a search for mollasses and you will find it for $5.95 a gallon.
I hope the link is there if not here it is this way

Should I bother adding Molasses to my Nute Program If I am not going to Add Sweet?
I'm in Coco Using PureBLend Pro Bloom and BIO-GENSIS "HighTide" for my flowering needs. As well as Magi-Cal for Mico Suppliment,,,
Making the plants happier and tasting better sounds good to me. But I don't wanna add somthing that Isn't going to benifit me If I don't have Its counter part ie "Sweet"
THanks for any Help
Thanks Kindly
