I don't think it's going to end, but to be honest, part of me kinda hopes it does. I've always had a twisted desire to witness the apocalypse.

I have heard about this for sometime now, and the year 2012 ends on the miya calender, the myans where very acurate at calculating time, and predicted perfectly full moons, and other events thousands of year ahead of there time, Scientist have learned the poles may shift from north to south, which happens every 50,000 years and where coming up to it very close, What i mean by poles shifting is, all land mass is sitting on lava and the outer shell which is land will rotate dramtically faster Rating: 5

Did you know if an asteroid was going to hit the earth it would be nothing like the movies where you get to see it coming down through the atmosphere. Its traveling so fast that you wouldnt even be able to see it hit, it would be instantaneous. Then we would all die, some fast, some slow.

The problem is not that the world will end in December 23 2012. The problem is the world will not end, and we will have to deal with the world and our lives after 2013.

But hell I am cool with global destruction or the ending of the human race. In fact I will be in Tikal in Guatemala on December 23 2012. I will be smoking joints on top of a pyramid waiting and hoping.

Not that I think the world will end, but a guy can dream right?
