The sauna doesn't help. Though it sure feels nice. It only makes you sweat not burn fat cells. A big difference.

A quick idea, I'm only on probation for like another week and a half, but I had this idea last night talking to a friend of mine: If you knew you had a few days, and hadn't smoked in a long time (like me: 1.5 years), then if you smoked and then took 30-45 minutes in a sauna, worked out every day and stayed away from fatty foods, wouldn't the metabolites not be able to bind with your fat cells as well? Especially if you added a lot of fluids and no further exposure to weed. It's a Rating: 5
