Hyelife, yes please do check out the link Rebgirl enclosed. I think I covered every reason why someone may think a sauna might help when it really isn't doing much at all. I consider a steam sauna a steam room but pretty much what I said for the dry sauna would apply. The body has preferred methods of eliminating metabolites and sweating just isn't one of the preferred methods of eliminating THC metabolites. So increasing how much you sweat really isn't going to make a huge difference. Also, there really isn't a way to prevent the THC metabolites from binding to fat cells through saunas. The low fat diet is helpful but not in the way of preventing the metabolites from even having a chance to bind as well as the aerobic exercise. THC metabolites have such a high affinity for fat it's hard to prevent the inevitable. In most cases aerobic exercise and a good diet can help decrease the THC half life of most people but it can't make that half-life 4 hours or less (it can range from 0.8 days to 10 days). You would be better off with the aerobic exercise and a bottle of soluble fiber instead of the sauna.

Hmm, I've got a friend who is almost done with his long stint in probation and he blazed. He just told me he's got like 9 days before his next potential text...I might tell him to start running on the treadmill and taking some fiber!

FBR, I appreciate the feedback. I did check that link, and it filled in a lot of blanks for me. Lets just say I've got a quarter of some fantastic shit that's waiting for me on December 3rd...so the wait will be well worth it.
