what was it that you smoked? iv noticed i get twitchy when i have been smoking solid..... and i get the pains aswel, think its cuz u r concentrating on it so much, that you imagine that it is a lot more painful feeling than it would be if you wernt so paranoid..... and iv noticed that i get it when im in a situation where im not doing anything..... such as watching tv.... where as if im talking to sum1 it distracts me from concentrating on my body...... i never get any of these problems when iv been smokin green though, thats y iv promised myself never to smoke shitty hash ever again..... dont worry bout it too much, the more you worry bout it when ur high, the worse it will feel.... and having all that caffiene prolly ddnt help either.....

I went to a buddys house and smoked one of them before hand, anyway, I don't know what happened but I was messed up. I didn't get high, but I lost control of most of my muscles.
