Pulled over with weed

Sorry for the big block, im too high to paragraph.

I got pulled over driving home from work at 3 in the morning, on the interstate highway. The officers came up to the car and said, "Where's the weed?". They took me out of the car and searched me, I told them that I had a little bag in my pocket, it was probably .3 or so. I was blazin a blunt when I got pulled over but I tossed it. They then searched my car, and I snatched a package of ham and cheese from my work, they saw that and got pissed. They had me go sit in my car and they went back in theres. Now this car wasnt registered and my license was suspended, so Im pretty screwed there. They had a tow truck come after 10 minutes and told me to hop in there car. I was in the back seat and the driving officer looked back and handed me the sack, and going on pure instance and some shock, I slightly made a move towards my pocket and right then he told me to roll the window down and throw it out. They ticketed me heavy on the driving violations, 21 miles over speed limit for a $295 fine, and two court dates one for driving the car with no registration and third for driving on a suspended license. I sort of had all that coming to me and I was relieved when they told me they weren't charging me for the weed or the stolen ham and cheese packages from work. He told me to be more careful with my plants. This is some good leniancy in my eyes.

Your plants? That cheese will spoil, faster. I would've been more worried about getting that in the fridge. :baggy:

Yea, back in the seventies my friends had instances of getting pulled over, their weed being confiscated, or were told to dump it out, and never got a slap on the wrist or nothing.

It's great to see that there are still law enforcement officers out there who believe that MJ is harmless.

Did the cheese make it to the fridge? :jointsmile:

Your other violations are unacceptable, I'm sorry but I'm not afraid to state that. On the other hand, it's great that the police wern't going to make your life a living hell over a harmless plant =)

That was pretty dumb driving with a suspended liscense. You got hella lucky though.

WOW! U are so lucky! That is so cool! My hubby had a prior sort of same as what you did...it was on record of course then a few years later "now"....he has that on the record and is now a second offence and a felony with is latest of getting caught growing one pot plant.... It can really add up so quick with the law yaknow. Im so happy u didnt get in trouble this time..be careful in the future as it will catch up to u and it IS a big deal with the law. :thumbsup:

where i live cops will always let you go for weed, as long as you are honest with them. if you make them mess around for an hour trying to search your car they will be much more angry when they find it and will arrest you
as long as you turn it over in the beginning you are fine, which isnt easy to do
