    ENOUGH VENTILATION??

Put a good filter on your intake to avoid pests.
I don't know what your outdoor temps are so I don't know if that is a good idea.
Are you vegging under the CFLs? You don't need the CFLs in flower alongside the 2k of HPS.

    ENOUGH VENTILATION??

You havent really given enough information for us to completely answer your question..

How big is your room, vent duct? How much duct are you using?.. what are the temps outside? How many CFMs does your fan move?
