Liquid Karma Causing BIG Problems
LK is organic to a mystical degree and it does leave a nice brown like crud on your roots, but it has happen to everybody's roots that I have met or read about that use LK. As for your pump clogging, are you using a bubbler with stones, which would only affect the air stones, or are you using a water pump? How big of res are you using? LW uses bubblers with this formula and not a water pump. I imagine that if you put an air stone in the res it would allow the LK to stay more liquefied and not settle into the organic slush, clogging up your pump.
Hope this helps.

What amount of LK are you coming up with? From what I remember the LK in that formula is basicly 5ML per gal. Are you using anything else besides 3 Part, LK and SuperThrive?

Liquid Karma Causing BIG Problems
i got 2 10gal revisors and its happening in both, but i use water pumps, not sure how a bubler would feed the liquid through the tubes, but you thinkin a bubbler mixin the bottom up would solve this?

I think that a air stone can def help, but I also think that you should back off on the LK and your plants will still look beautiful. IMO, the LK should be started about the week before flower and then throughout the rest of grow. I can't remember if this is how LW says he does.
LK is just an additive that can only do so much to help and then it is almost like using 10000 watts on one plant veged for a month, a plant can only have so much photo synthesis, in the same way, the plant can only absorb so many micro and macro nutrients. Also, an over use of certain nutes can over time cause nute lock out. With this said, you may have some reasoning behind your method that is completely viable, but this is my penny's worth.
