Bazza, that second plant is right on the EDGE of being ready for nutrients. I'd let it grow one more set of leaves. The fact that you see a deficiency in a plant so young makes me think that you have a soil issue.
What is your max/min temp, and what is your soil runoff pH? Those are the things that I'd be looking to as culrprits at this point.

On day 14 and have noticed the paler veins on the leafs, is this OK. Their in John Innes No3 from seed under a 400W MH running 20/4.
