Soak'em good right before you go. they won't die. Might be limp, but not dead. I'd turn off any circulating fans for less evaporation, unless you have to run them to keep temps down at the canopy. If that's the case, I'd consider raising the light till i got back to keep them cooler. How often do you have to water them?

You could probably rig up a temperary wicking system. I am sure if you google it you will find something that will work in the way of a cheep wick set up.

Check out this post [a couple posts below this one] HERE Opie Yutts gives i good explaination of a drip system you could setup. Im currently in the same situation where im home for Thanksgiving break and im actually goin back to my house tonite to check on them [its been 3 days since i watered] and im actually gunna setup a little drip system becuz ill be leaving them alone for another four days. I wouldnt say theyd die, but they will be pretty thirsty.

Soak them before you leave and decrease the light intensity. All you have to do is maintain photoperiod.
Either switch to a smaller light, even a few CFLs on a timer, or raise your lights as high as they will go.
You still need ventilation because the heat will cause excessive transpiration and eventual wilt as well.
You can also mist them lightly with wilt-pruf if they are not flowering... LIGHTLY... with wilt-pruf, less is more!!
