Thanks for the insight. I will definitely have to start having a small, nutritious meal an hour or two before working out (I usually go after work, a long time since my last meal). I know that I actually should already take a multi-vitamin daily, I just don't do it; I can see how that would definitely help the hunger pangs, too.

I know a lot here are really into fitness. My question is--I'm going to start working out again; haven't worked out for over a year. I usually do 30-45 min. cardio, then Nautilus on my abs, arms, back, and legs, on avg., every other day. The first couple of weeks I did this, it was great, I was toning up, looking forward to the actual workout, etc. Then, I started noticing my Rating: 5
