Working out and hunger
I eat a light meal, power bars, fruit is good, but fruit has sug, if its time to eat, your bellies gonna growl,
you must eat balanced meals
have you been tested for diabetes? could be a blood sugar thing
you can mask the hunger pains if you tell yourself,
"Ive been fed",

Working out and hunger I'm not sure where this thread belongs, isn't really medical MJ related, so I just put it in the canncom thread. I know a lot here are really into fitness. My question is--I'm going to start working out again; haven't worked out for over a year. I usually do 30-45 min. cardio, then Nautilus on my abs, arms, back, and legs, on avg., every other day. The first couple of weeks I did this, it was great, I was toning up, looking forward to the actual workout, etc. Then, I started noticing my Rating: 5
