Working out and hunger
I've noticed this too. With me, it even increases my sex drive. Maybe it has something to do with a boost in your testoserone? Your body needs something that you are not giving it so it tells you that you are hungry. Are you eating proper well-balanced meals? Maybe a multi-vitamin will take care of any deficiencies your body has and you will be hungry less.
